1. Agreement
These Rider Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fly My Store Rider (Delivery) application and related delivery partner services provided by Fly My Store ("Fly My Store", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering as a rider or using the Rider app, you agree to these Terms and the Rider Privacy Policy.
2. Independent delivery partner
You participate as an independent delivery partner. Unless expressly agreed in writing, you are not an employee, agent, or partner of Fly My Store.
You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, vehicle compliance, and compliance with local transport and labour laws.
3. Eligibility and onboarding
To use the Rider app, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to perform delivery work
- Hold a valid driving license and vehicle documents where required
- Pass identity and verification checks requested by the Platform
- Provide accurate profile, vehicle, and contact information
4. Accepting and completing deliveries
When you accept a delivery job:
- You agree to pick up and deliver the order safely, professionally, and within reasonable time
- You must follow pickup and drop instructions shown in the app
- You must not tamper with, consume, or misappropriate order contents
- You must update delivery status accurately in the app
- You may decline jobs only in accordance with app rules and without abusing the system
5. Location services
The Rider app may require location permissions, including background location during active deliveries, to assign jobs, navigate routes, and provide live tracking to customers.
You agree to enable location services while performing active deliveries where required by the Platform.
6. Earnings and payouts
Earnings, incentives, and payout schedules may vary based on distance, demand, job type, and platform policies.
- Displayed earnings are subject to verification, adjustments, and successful completion of deliveries
- Payouts are processed through authorized payment partners
- We may withhold payouts during fraud investigations or unresolved delivery disputes
7. Customer and seller interaction
You may receive limited customer or seller contact details for active deliveries only. You must use that information solely for delivery coordination and maintain professional conduct at all times.
8. Safety and prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the app while driving in an unsafe or unlawful manner
- Harass customers, sellers, or platform staff
- Engage in fraud, fake deliveries, or GPS manipulation
- Subcontract assigned deliveries without authorization
- Use alcohol or controlled substances while on active delivery duty
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or deactivate rider access for safety concerns, repeated complaints, verification failure, fraud, or policy violations.
You may stop using the Rider app at any time, subject to completion of active jobs and payout obligations.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Rider Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or third-party claims arising from your delivery activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in India unless otherwise required by law.
